  • You will receive a text 2 to 6 days prior to your scheduled service. If you would like a service scheduled and you have not received a text please contact (225) 436-7373.

  • We quote property maintenance via satellite based on $100 per acre with a minimum of $60 per service and some exceptions for difficult to access properties.

  • The most likely reasons you have brown spots in your grass are:

    • A lack of water, this is especially common in the summer months of July, August, and September.

    • Disease can sometimes cause grass to turn brown even when the grass is being watered properly. If you suspect this is the case please contact us at (225) 436-7373 for more help.

  • In some cases we do offer group rates for neighbors or large scale projects. Please reach out to (225) 436-7373 to request a group rate.

  • We do not currently offer parts of our weekly property service as individual services at a reduced rate, however, if you would prefer a particular service not be done please reach out to (225) 436-7373.
