Cutting all grass at or below 4” (typically ~2.5”)
Blowing off and edging all concrete driveways, porches, parking lots, and sidewalks
Removal of tree limbs below 7’ on all trees 15’ and taller
Weed and grass poisoning behind air conditioning units and other unreachable areas
Ant poisoning as necessary
